Refund Policy – Zleeplay

Return Window
You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
The box must be UNOPENED and SEALED.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
❗We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or altered.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:
A return shipping label, and
Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Items that have been opened or used
Customized or personalized products
Items marked as final sale
